From town halls to tipis, morris dancing to mariachi, this is the best of 2013!
2013 has been a flurry of new cities, quirky and vintage inspired weddings, bags of creativity, and lashings of romance.
I love telling the story of a couple’s wedding day through photos.
From the pre-wedding jitters through to the evening’s dancing, be it a self-conscious smooch, a bold tango or kicking off the party with House of Pain!
I hope you enjoy this ‘best of’ round up, which I’ve put together from the start to the end of the day like it’s one big wedding, but actually each couple couldn’t be any more different. From Ossie Clarke to onesies, town halls to tipis, mariachi bands to Morris dancing, Pop-Up Pirate to punk, it just goes to show that the only important rule in planning your wedding is to do it your own way.
And I’d also say don’t worry about the things you can’t control – being based in the UK means being ready whatever the weather. When the sun shines it’s glorious but rainbows, and dancing with umbrellas, also go to show that the Great British weather can actually make your day. Enjoy! x
P.S. I’ve tried to make it short and sweet, but it may take a little while to all load – but it’s worth it 😉
Here’s to a great 2014 everyone. Happy new year!
